Another Successful Manitoba Spring Black Bear Season in the Books!!
It was another absolutely amazing spring black bear season! Pictured here is Dan from Michigan with his giant Manitoba Black Bear taken on the last week of our 2026 spring bear season. What a way to finish our spring bear season with another Manitoba Record Book Black Bear!!! Congratulations Dan, what a bear!
We are back at our black bear camp in just 5 short weeks beginning to open up areas for another very busy and sold out fall bear season. We can't wait and are looking forward to seeing all of our fall bear hunters real soon!
The below video was taken by another guest ,who was also from Michigan during the last week of the 2026 spring bear season. Joel had shot a 300+ pound boar early that evening and still had bears moving all over around him. Here is a huge boar that sneaks in behind him and eventually gets wind of him or winds another boar bigger that him in the area. Joel's 300+ pound boar had fresh cuts all over his face as the rut was starting to kick in.
