4th Week of our Spring Bear Season Begins!!
We are at midpoint in our Manitoba Spring Black Bear Season. Despite the late spring and cool temperatures, hunters have been doing exceptionally well and many bear sightings have been seen. We have had some great Manitoba giants taken and unfortunately some missed. Pictured here is good repeat guest and friend Mike from Nebraska with his Manitoba Giant Black Bear.
The below video is of a nice sow while checking baits this morning. She wasn't to happy I was in there as she had 4 yearlings treed in the back. I am happy though she is in there, as there is probably already 2-3 dominant breeding boars that know where she is, as she will get rid of her yearlings in the next couple of weeks and becomes receptive again!
